Identify opportunities for automating manual tasks; develop automated processes using scripting languages or other automation tools

• Provide technical and thought leadership to a global engineering team with a diverse skill set

• Lead small technical teams on project tasks

• Proactively communicate high-priority incident escalations and incident/change summaries

• Identify and engage the appropriate IT stakeholders from all applicable areas

• Advise enterprise architecture teams on ways to improve secrets management and privileged access security by leveraging PAM products CyberArk

• Tune and troubleshoot complex distributed systems

• Participate in rotational 24×7 On-Call support ; perform operational tasks

• Assist internal customers with onboarding or issue resolution

• Become a Product Owner for the PAM / PIM capabilities and develop a roadmap for the PAM / PIM product line
