Job Responsibility
1. Working closely with the business analysts and architects to design highly effective and efficient solutions to business requests as well as providing a superior user experience.
2. Aid in the support and implementation of the application solutions needed to support the business.
3. Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedule and activities to deliver solutions within an appropriate determined timeline.
Qualification
BS in Information Science, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
A strong understanding of web service use and development using SOAP and REST.
1-3 Years Experience in Development on the ServiceNow Platform.
Experience developing and testing JavaScript, Angular JS, JQuery, and Reporting.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of ITIL Processes, including Incident Management, Case Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
Experienced using JAVA
