L1 System administrator supporting windows desktops/printers/network switches/OS and applications such as MS Office, email, Antivirus, end-user backup software. Basic Server/Storage/Backup software support. Interacting and managing end users.
PC deployment, desktop setup and break fix issues
User account administration (various productivity and collaboration systems)
Mobile device support (Smart phones and Tablets iOS and Android)
Network printer and scanner setup
Basic A/V support for conference rooms/meeting setups
New user setup and walk through
Escalation of IT issues in accordance with published policy
Vendor coordination for repair and other problem resolution
Develop/enhance user guides and operational documentation
After hours support as needed
Support of offsite company events (local and national locations)
Network printer/MFD setup and operational troubleshooting.
