Roles and Responsibilities –
Manage the Support desk, enter tickets and communicate with the end client when
necessary.
Manage the entire development team, assign tickets and follow up with developers
to ensure that tickets are getting completed on time.
Supervise the junior QA resource
Job Specifications –
Proficient in manual testing, writing basic SQL queries to do SQL testing ,preparing
test cases and test scenario summary reports for each development ticket.
Identifying, recording and verifying defects and take complete responsibility of the
software quality before the release.
Creating Test Batches, Executing Test Cases, Reporting Defects and escalate if
needed by
This resource needs to have a strong personality and excellent written and spoken
English Communication Skills.
Good at cosmetic testing, cross browser testing and the ability to be able to web
pages to ensure that they are usable to end users.
