POSITIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Technical SupportEngineer
LOCATION: Mumbai (Andheri east)
EDUCATION: B.E./B.C.A/M.C.A/Any other graduation stream, preferably STEM
EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 yrs with software product support & infrastructure management support capabilities

  • Must have knowledge on
  • Java (backend development/deployment)
  • SQL
  • Experience providing support in an operations centre supporting compute, backup and database infra-management services.
  • Must have excellent verbal, verbal and written English communication skills
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (24/7)
  • Understand severity levels of tickets raised by customers and accordingly categorize ticketing severity levels, and passing them on to respective support levels as per SOP.
  • Work promptly to resolve all incoming infrastructure issues by phone, email or those raised on the ticketing system portal.
  • Oversee monitoring of all database systems, as required
  • Document issue status and provide updates to management and end-users in near real-time.
  • Escalate events as needed to ensure next level management communication and service issues are resolved quickly, as per the SLA metrics.

  • Experience working for support of production and application systems
  • Experience of working in a team that delivers a high availability service.
  • Open to working in 3 rotational shifts covering 24 x 7 shifts for 6 days in week.
