ServiceNow Architect Job For 5-15 Year Exp In ValueLabs LLP Hyderabad / Secunderabad – 1473045

Required Skills:

• Experience integrating ServiceNow to ServiceNow, as well as ServiceNow to third party products
• Possess particular experience in ServiceNow Reporting
• Knowledge of ITIL framework, ITIL V3 Foundation/2011 certification required
• Experience in ITOM( IT operations Management)
• Experience in Event Management, Service mapping, CMDB,Integrations, Scripting, Multi tenant/ domain separation.
• Proficient in configuring and developing Service-Now IT service applications (Change, Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Service level management, Project & Asset management)
• Proficient in designing Workflows and Execution plans
• Good Understanding of ITIL processes and working experience in ServiceNow scripting
• Experience in Import-Set configuration and Transform-Map scripts
• Experience in creating Metrics and Database views/joins for reporting
Responsibilities:

• Develop high quality applications leveraging the industry leading ServiceNow platform
• Develop across the full stack of Web technologies – JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, and SQL
