Job Description: The candidate having 10 to 15 Years relevant experience in Billing & Customer care along with MDM system with minimum 1 end to end implementation experience in Oracle CC &B in integration with MDM system as Integration Architect / Solution Architect.
Act as subject matter expert on Oracle Customer Care and Billing
1. Ownership of solution design activities at an end to end level for successful, implementation of the project
2. Take accountability for the viability of proposed solutions and providing direction, advice and guidance on the approach to the solution throughout the project.
3. Perform a design authority role on projects ensuring that the detailed designs and solutions delivered align to the solution architecture, managing and resolving any design issues as they arise including integration with other systems like MDM (Meter Data Management) & Customer portal
Language Preference – Bengali
