Description
Responsibilities:
- You will help in transforming the devops, provisioning, testing, and operational capabilities of the platform
- You will work closely with business and technology teams to help increase speed of delivery, improve quality of code, improve production stability and availability
- Develop application architecture for complex business systems for Associate Experience chapter
- Guide/develop, communicate and oversee implementation of high-level and low-level design in compliance to roadmap, architecture and design standards defined by Business Unit
Job Requirements
Skill set required:
- 13+ years of experience in software engineering/development.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test and operational automation
- Excellent Java development skills, including TDD (test driven development), CPU and memory profiling and GC tuning
- Experience with scripting languages: Perl, UNIX shell, etc.
- Familiar with data communication protocols such as Web, telephony, and other protocols: HTTP, SIP, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP, RDP, SDP
