Technical Support Engineer – MDM:
Key Deliverables:
Windows desktop and server administration. Mobile Device Management (MDM) sever administration preferably in VMWare Workspace MDM, reporting. Mobile device enrolment, removal. Mobile device support.
Logging tickets in ticketing tool.
Resolving assigned MDM tickets as per SLA.
MDM server administration
Mobile device enrolment and removal in MDM system
Logging tickets with MDM OEM for any product issues and coordination till resolution.
Coordination with Mobile device vendor in case of any device related issue.
Troubleshooting issues related MDM agent on mobile device.
Periodical review of tickets
