Post : Assistant Sales Manager – TCJ
Location : Bangalore
Qualification : Graduate any stream/MBA Sales/Marketing depends on experience
Experience : Min 3 years
Salary : 12 lakhs including 30% variable
Job Profile
• Grow new and existing accounts and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of customized business solutions i.e. Managed Application Services, Managed IT , Staffing & Infrastructure Services to clients.
• Identifies and implements innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings of Companys horizontal and vertical markets.
• Working in tandem with Potential Existing/New Accounts understanding their needs and proposing complete Solutions.
• Dealing with Negotiations and Deal Closures.
• Primarily Generating business from SMB and enterprise business units in the assigned territory.
• Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and procuring new Business.
• Constant interaction with clients to understand requirements, scope and business potential, maintaining good client relationship.
Achieve business and revenue targets on monthly/quarterly basis.
• To develop marketing & sales strategies and to get approval of the management.
• To continuously monitor actual sales against target of the assigned territory
• Aggressive lead management and follow-up. To carry out weekly & monthly reviews of the hot leads and the sales achievement against targets.
• Manage and update customer database and order processing
• Working with other departments to ensure that every customer is taken care of promptly and professionally.
• Willing to travel
• Should have achieved 80% target annual in last two years
