• Conceptualize Station Programming plans and regular show plans by Ideation with the programming team.
• Monitor Programming Compliance through timely Airchecks with the RJs & Producers.
• Create an engaging work environment by communicating expectations clearly, providing guidance and appreciating a good performance.
• We are looking for candidates with Ad agency background into the creative field
• Who are currently outside Kerala and willing to relocate to Kerala
• Malayali candidate
