Job Profile:
The suitable candidate shall be responsible for following:
• This job is mainly for Production planning and Control of Bicycle components.
• Candidate should have worked in SAP environment for PPC function.
• Should be well versed with principles of Planning, Scheduling, Capacity balancing, Resource balancing, feedback and monitoring functions.
• Should have good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel to do detailed analysis of previous production vs Targeta, reasons for shortfall, suggest corrective measures to make up the lost dispatches/sales in rest of target period.
• Job entails rigorous followups with various department for achieving the Planned and Target production.
• Also responsible for making systems, procedures, work Instructions for smooth working of PPC department.
• Shall be responsible for timely availability of finished goods and BOP parts for dispatch.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in bicycle or Two wheeler/Automobile Industry in follow-up department.
