As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, develop and maintain state-of-the-art data analysis platform. You understand your daily tasks as part of delivering a great system not as tickets to be delivered in a sprint. This role requires a mix of analytical and engineering skills.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Own and drive initiatives to completion in alignment with the enterprise data
You will be designing and building solutions to extract data from various sources
Own the delivery of data analytics solutions, driving the strategy, tools and workflows for analysis, data management and insights generation.
Manages BI & Visual reporting systems. Responsible for ensuring our business intelligence tool has the most current, accurate and relevant data possible
Contribute to the effort of defining enterprise data strategy
Help summarizing data analysis requirements to conduct data application projects (need communication with data tech team).
Requirements
Job Requirements
Strong experience with ETL development, data modeling, data warehousing, SQL, Power BI, and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets;
3 years of experience with relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc)
Proactive and self-directed thought leader.
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive, professional, and productive. business relationships with business users.
Ecommerce experience is a plus
