Job Description:
We are looking for a smart developer who, as a member of the project implementation team will be responsible for the implementation of business solutions based on Atlassian JIRA platform. You should know how to create robust production applications and develop prototypes quickly.
Responsibilities:
â¢You are the contact person for Atlassian Jira and develop solutions around Collaboration , Knowledge Exchange and Task Management – national and international.
⢠You constantly develop the software solutions further, take up the requirements of internal customers, define user stories and implement them in a targeted manner.
⢠For the users, you are the central contact person for the development and configuration of new features and plugins.
Required Skills:
⢠Development knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and experience with Atlassian products.
⢠4+ years of experience in development using Java, Groovey and web-based architectures and technologies like REST, XML, JSON
⢠Solid software development experience and talent. Working knowledge of Java application servers. Any experience using Open Source frameworks, is a benefit.
⢠Experience with distributed, multi-tier, mixed technologies or software architectures understanding is a useful
⢠Good knowledge of data modelling techniques, SQL and experience working with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Preferred Skills:
⢠Experience with other modern intranet, wiki and task management solutions or you are convincing with your sound knowledge in the Linux environment,
⢠Software architecture and knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and AJAX technologies.
⢠A working understanding of front end templating technologies
⢠Experience with front end web technologies (Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3)
⢠Advanced administration knowledge of Apache Tomcat (configuration & tuning) is a plus
⢠Understanding and hands-on experience of defect tracking, project management tools and wikis
⢠Team skills, a strong customer and service
