Job Description
1) Ability to translate requirements into design specifications and experience in developing design documents
2) Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
3) Contributing in all phases of the development life cycle.
4) Identifying , suggesting small changes in system to improve monitoring or improvement needs..
5) Experience should have 3+ years to 6 years into domestic IT hiring industry.
6) Would be responsible for technical recruitment process(Domestic Contract to hire )positions
7) Responsible to understand and analyse the requirements in different technical skill set categories.
8) Should have worked on niche positions and high CTC margins
9) Should have margin negotiation skills.
