Implementation and/or Monitoring of WebGIS based enterprise application; Geospatial database design, administration.
Integration of GIS map data provided by NIC with the licensed online basemap & with ERSS software package developed by CDAC.
GPS Survey / Mobile based Mapping, POI collection and Geotagging of Photographs.
Integration of Location based services to plot live caller location on map.
Coordination and working with technical experts from C-DAC, NIC and the Department.
Preparation of concept notes project proposals, reports, presentations.
Conducting training and capacity building
Key Skills: Desirable Skillset:
Sound knowledge on the concepts of Remote Sensing & GIS and the application areas in various sectors/domains.
Expertise in the proprietary and open source GIS packages such as ArcGIS & QGIS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualification:
M.Sc. /M.Sc. Tech./M. Tech in GIS/Geoinformatics/Remote Sensing
Work Exp:
6-8 Years or above post qualification experience
