Job Profile

• Managing all day to day Accounting Transactions

• Preparation of Monthly MIS, Annual budget and carrying reviews

• Publishing Financial statements in time

• Handling Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closings

• Reconciling Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Ensuring timely Bank payments, Computation of Taxes and prepare Tax Returns

• Managing Balance Sheets and Profit/Loss Statements

• Reporting on the Company’s Financial Health and Liquidity

• Audit Financial Transactions and Documents

• Comply with Financial Policies and Regulations of the company

• Scheduling Internal and External Audits

• Processing Payroll including deduction of PF and Profession tax and submitting the same in time

• Prepares Asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information

Skills

• Export/import industry background with a detailed understanding of landed costing, FEMA and import-export account processing including exchange differences.

• Exposure to a group of companies and intra-group recons would be advantageous.
