Interview Type: Google Hangouts/Zoom/Skype
Salary: 7 – 7.5 LPA with flexibility
Key Responsibilities
– Study design briefs and determine requirements
– Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
– Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
– Work on WordPress websites
– Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
– Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
– Work with content producers to produce final design
– Prepare marketing collaterals
– Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements
– Proven graphic designing experience
– Ability to envision product functionality and design User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) effectively
– A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
– Familiarity with Adobe Creative design software suite and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, Spark etc.)
– Website development using WordPress or any other CMS
– A keen eye for aesthetics and details
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Qualifications and Experience
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
– Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
– 3 – 6 years of experience
