- Lead and manage project deliverables
- Manage all the staffing and training needs within budget
- Manages team with multiple processes; build, motivate and retain a high-performance team
Job Requirements
Skill set required:
- Proficient in the areas of People, Process, Project, Flow and Escalation management
- Excellent communication &Presentation skills
- Demonstrate management skills to mentor and develop team members and motivate a team to achieve a successful outcome in highly dynamic environment
- Strong organizational, project management and negotiation skills
- Follow Agile practices, agile trained and CSM certification will be an added advantage
