About the team
FIS product is an award-winning treasury management system that helps organizations throughout the world manage their cash, manage their debt and investments, and assess and manage various types of risk, such as currency and interest rate risk. It also provides support for multiple languages, and helps to promote connectivity within complex treasury
Departments
The development team having centers in Pune, Christchurch and Belgrade is working across the globe serving fortune 500 clients and running their multi-currency treasury operations efficiently and effectively.
What you will be doing
This position works closely with development team, architects, product owners and other stakeholders to identify the priorities from product owners; understand requirements thoroughly with business analysts; deliver the iterative results in each sprint; host stakeholder demo; install and configure product as and when required; provide detailed documentation; support client issues and shuffle priorities as required; mentor junior team members

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with other senior BAs, product owners, professional services, clients to understand requirements and specification for software developments
  • Validate the business logics, analytical correctness of workflow
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and stories with acceptance criteria
  • Provide definition of done and validate post development
  • Perform workflow, requirements test across developments while working with scrum team and guide
  • Ensure developments are meeting acceptance criteria, definition of done
  • Documentation and demonstration of the development done

Education

  • Bacheloru2019s degree / MBA Finance/ or any equivalent degree in Finance-related discipline

Must-have skills

  • Experience in Treasury/BFSI domain is a must.
  • Thorough knowledge of various derivate products and financial instruments viz. CCS, IRO, IRS, Repo, FX, FRA, MM etc.
  • Knowledge of market rate feeds and providers.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsible for story preparation and story maps
  • Team player

Good-to-have skills

  • Basic knowledge of queries with SQL database, stored procedures
  • Experience of confluence wiki, JIRA, Subversion systems

Other skills

  • Knowledge of Agile process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as in a team
  • Ability to learn new content – finance, product and technology related
  • Ability to present functionality to team/PM/clients
