AM – EDM (Employee Data Management) Candidate specification: Graduates with 6+ years of total experience and having 4+ yrs of relevant experience in US EDM – Payroll Operations from International BPO operations only. Flexible hands on leader willing to work in complete Night shift (9pm to 7am Work window) Role responsibilities Overall responsibility of delivering all agreed SLA / KPI for EDM Operations Identify & initiate Six Sigma/Lean opportunities Building capacity for operations through training and coaching Develop knowledge database Manage processes and the metrics on a day-to-day basis. Liaise with client retained organization for any delivery requirements
