US Payroll JD & Responsibility: Overall responsibility of delivering all agreed SLA / KPI for US Payroll Identify & initiate Six Sigma/Lean opportunities Building capacity for operations through training and coaching Develop knowledge database Manage processes and the metrics on a day-to-day basis. Liaise with client retained organization for any delivery requirements Candidate Specification: Graduates with 4+ years of relevant experience in US Payroll Strong US EDM / WFA / Payroll processing background Experience of handling year end activities for US Payroll Managing client relationship Experience of Managing US Payroll tax and Compliance Other Skills: Communication Collaboration & influencing Team leadership Result orientation, Analytical thinking
