Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft Platform and allied applications
  • Complement with Solution Architect for client handling in terms of Technology pitch and enable penetration
  • Assessment of current offered solutions & services portfolio
  • Understand market demands & Technology trend
  • Technology partner solution stack and come out with periodic revision on basket of Solutions & Services Portfolio

Primary Activities

  • To be a Hands on resource with good understanding on Solutions
  • Hand hold Solution Architects in HLD & LLD
  • Guidance on implementations
  • Good diagnostics and problem resolution capabilities
  • A technical mentor for the sustenance support team
  • Elevate the resource by way of periodic trainings
  • Assessment of current offered solutions & services portfolio
  • Understand market demands & Technology trend
  • Technology partner solution stack and come out with periodic revision on basket of Solutions & Services Portfolio

Technical Skills

  • Primary Technology Knowledge: Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Skype for Business, Teams & related productivity services, ADFS, AD Connect, Directory Synchronization, PowerShell API for Automation usecases, Azure AD, etc
  • Secondary Technical Knowledge: Share point Online, One drive, Microsoft Intune, Identity/ File/Device protection for O365
  • Need Architect category resource with above Windows Key technologies stack along with O365 Collaboration deployment experience in multi customer engaging environment and Customer facing. And Lead the Microsoft Tower.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum 8-10 Years
  • 6-7 years relevant experience.
  • Certificated in respective Domains/Skill
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
