What you’ll be doing…

  • Support Verizon Credo through adherence to company policies, processes and practices.

  • Execute processes in the areas of contractual changes of company details in the billing systems.

  • Provide project support under the guidance of the Lead PM.

  • Adhere to and accurately execute defined processes in support of contractual changes of billing system company changes.

  • Track and manage assigned tasks to accurately meet client deliverables in a timely manner.

  • Build strong communication channels with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal & Service.

Position will support APAC Business Operating Hours (0900 – 1800) IST.

You’ll need to have:

  • A degree.

  • Two or more years related experience.

  • Willingness to obtain PMP Certification.

  • Willingness to obtain ITIL Foundations Certification.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Verbal & written communications.

  • Skills in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.

  • Leadership skills.
