Supervise security and Housekeeping routine work with help with Housekeeping, so that ambience of the office is maintained.
Oversee maintenance of equipments such as Air conditionings, CCTV System.
Plan and execute any event that takes place in the office.
Liaise with various vendors for their service issues and for invoices submission.
Follow up with finance team for timely Vendor Payments.
Maintain inventory of all items required in Housekeeping and others administrative activities.
Managing office boys for their work and co-ordination with other departments.
Managing stationery purchase, distribution and control for the entire office.
Prepare MIS for Admin related expenses.
