Candidate Requirements –
• 5+ years in enterprise UX and 10+ years overall experience
• Need Advanced Enterprise UX designer for large applications.
• Need demonstrated experience and application UI design depth for large applications in all input/output artefacts, across web and mobile platforms.
• Need demonstrated experience to manage UX inefficiency, high training costs, inability to accomplish work, high support costs and strategies to mitigate them.
• Experience in dealing with complexity of screens/reports, large complex data sets, unwieldy input screens.
• Hands-on experience to mitigate user application performance
• Need demonstrated experience to understand application flows and how you helped to design an effective, efficient, engaging, error tolerant and easy to learn user experience.
• Need demonstrated experience to work with people, data, and transactions
• Need demonstrated experience in design consistency across diverse needs
• Ability to understand conflicting needs of the application and choose the most beneficial path
• Ability to build quick prototypes, user stories, wire frames
• Expertise in HTML/CSS
• Design experience for single page applications
• Excellent Communication skills
