• SAP: BASIS NETWEAVER (experience desired)
• Operating System: HP-UX, UNIX, LINUX (experience desired) Database: ORACLE, MS-SQL
• ITIL conceptual understanding preferred (Alerting management, Incident management, Change management)
• Demonstrated documentation skills
• Ability to work closely with domestic and international colleagues and teams.
• Demonstrated analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Key Accountabilities:
• Manage all the infrastructure alerts of the technical scope and track the incident in the ticketing tool
• Analyse, troubleshoot and solve all incidents regarding the technical scope (Infrastructure incidents & User incidents) within the SLA
• Deploy in production the standard changes (database export/import, SAP transport management, printing configuration, parameters & buffers changes, Linux & VMWare tasks)
• Contribute to the maintenance plan (SAP NET WEAVER release maintenance, kernel upgrade, system refreshes, client copies & upgrades, performance analysis and memory/buffer management, spool administration database backup/recovery)
• Write technical documentations in order to improve the efficiency of the team
• Identify, share the potential improvement actions and propose new solutions
• Resource should be Graduate with 3-5 Years of Experience in infrastructure management
