Back – end Engineers (must have skills)
- Strong coding skills with 2 years of experience in Java
- Solid understanding of Object oriented design, Design Patterns, web technology stacks, database design, caching.
- Strong problem – solving skills, algorithmic thinking and a strong foundation on how systems work
Good to have
- Experience in designing and developing scale – out, high – performance data platforms is a plus
Lead Engineers
- Strong coding skills with 6 years of experience in Java
- Solid understanding of OO design, Design Patterns, web technology stacks, database design, caching and scalability
- Strong problem – solving skills, algorithmic thinking and a strong foundation in how systems work
- Experience in designing and building high performance multi tenant systems
- Good to have
- Experience in designing and developing scale – out, high – performance data platforms is a plus.
- Lead teams to deliver scalable, low latency, and cost – efficient solutions to different product teams
Key Skills
