Back – end Engineers (must have skills)

  • Strong coding skills with 2 years of experience in Java
  • Solid understanding of Object oriented design, Design Patterns, web technology stacks, database design, caching.
  • Strong problem – solving skills, algorithmic thinking and a strong foundation on how systems work

Good to have

  • Experience in designing and developing scale – out, high – performance data platforms is a plus

Lead Engineers

  • Strong coding skills with 6 years of experience in Java
  • Solid understanding of OO design, Design Patterns, web technology stacks, database design, caching and scalability
  • Strong problem – solving skills, algorithmic thinking and a strong foundation in how systems work
  • Experience in designing and building high performance multi tenant systems
  • Good to have
  • Experience in designing and developing scale – out, high – performance data platforms is a plus.
  • Lead teams to deliver scalable, low latency, and cost – efficient solutions to different product teams

Key Skills
