Description
The candidate is able to identify and remediate vulnerabilities by using a variety of security tools, implement threat protection, and respond to security incident escalations.
The candidate has good understanding of Windows Defender + ATP solution through which the security posture of the organization can be ensured. As a Microsoft Defender security engineer, candidates often serve as part of a larger team dedicated to cloud-based management and security and may also secure hybrid environments as part of an end-to-end infrastructure, operations management and storage security solution.
Job Requirements
Skills: –

  • Must have o Technical advancement and Very good understanding of Information Security
  • Expert on Malware solution of Microsoft Defender for Antivirus cross platforms, which include Windows Servers & Clients, Virtual servers & Clients, MAC, Linux environment
  • Expert on Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions like Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience on Microsoft Windows Defender AV solution
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender ATP (Advanced Threat Protection) solution
  • Minimum 4-5 years Practical experience with Microsoft Azure Information Protection (AIP)
  • Minimum 4-5 years Practical experience with Microsoft WIP (Windows Information Protection) experience
  • Knowledge of unified platform for preventative protection, post-breach detection, automated investigation, and response.
