– Good Understanding of Middleware technologies – TWS and other Job schedulers
– Installation, upgrades, fixes and patching and Management of middleware services ,products
– Monitoring and operational Support of Business Critical Middleware Systems
– Hardening and compliance management
– Generate and Track Problems & RCA’s to closure
– Provide technical support, diagnose and resolve middleware and interface runtime related problems
– Collaborate with enterprise monitoring team to perform Middleware components availability & performance monitoring
– Act as the subject matter expert to execute projects and enhancements across all services.
– Engaged as an independent professional. Ability to articulate and compare alternatives approaches.
– Ability to draw upon plan and build concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation skills are required.
– Datacenter Management and Monitoring
– Understanding of supported system architecture and evolving technologies
– Proficient in atleast 2 of the following Middleware technologies

– Apply the fixes and interim fixes for TDWC and JAZZSM
– Creating events rule wherever required
– Renewal of TWS SSL certificates
