To provide technical support to clients via Email, Chat, and Telephone. Troubleshooting Hosting Server / Email / Database issues and other technical issues. To use, create and update knowledge base articles for effective technical support to client.
Required Candidate profileGraduate (B.Sc.IT / BCA / BE / B.Tech) with minimum 60% marks in all standards (10th, 12th & Graduation) with excellent written & spoken communication skills. 1 -3 years experience of working in a reputed Datacenter / Hosting company / BPO in India.
