• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical support (L1 or L2), installation and commissioning of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Fire detection systems (any one)
• Must have understanding of basic networking and configuration of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Cloud based applications
• Microsoft / CCNA / SQL / Oracle Certification is a plus
• Decisive and action oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Key responsibilities:
o Providing the technical support to customers and sales channel
o Provide on-site and off-site assistance to system integrator for system commissioning and deployment
o Work with Level-1 team (toll free) to troubleshoot customer concerns
o Support sales team in designing and BOQ for the project based requirements
o Performing Beta tests & functionality tests of new products
o Work with engineering team for L3 related support and issues
o Drive the technical training and competency improvement of partner base
