Responsibilities:
Combining technical knowledge with sales skills, providing technical solutions and solving our customers problems. Undertake project management consisting of project specification reading, technical analysis, technical submittals and technical documentation and correspondence. Ability to review project specifications and drawings and determine product options/suitability against codes to determine compliance. Splitting time between working from office, and visiting clients on site. Maintaining customer relationships and establishing new ones.
Organizing client meetings, establishing customers needs and providing technical solutions. After considerable training on our product range, evaluate the scenarios presented to you using your judgement and skills to make recommendations. Regular following up on sales-marketing and ensuring that the customer expectations are exceeded. Need to be able to identify solutions to win business opportunities. A large part of the job is effective communication with external and internal sales teams, the customer service teams, production planning teams and customers. Collection of tactical marketing input regarding the product application area from various sources including Sales and external references. Developing marketing position for the products and defines Sales support materials.
