Staff IC Design Engineer – Project Lead / Manager This req is for a leading Semi-Conductor client for Chennai location. Responsibilities: Lead MCU-based Global SoC Project Teams of 10-20 people, comprising of Analog Design/Layout, Digital Design/Verification, BE/PD, Validation, Synthesis/STA/DFT Etc. May or may not have direct people reports Decent/good exposure across Frontend (RTL Design/Verification), Midend (Synthesis, STA, CDC, LEC, DFT Etc.), Backend (Physical Design, Signal Integrity and Physical Verification), Validation and Analog. Should be an expert in at least one of these 5 areas Will get Projects executed on time with 100% quality, using team members from the 5 Functional Verticals Will have to work with Distributed Teams (USA, France, Etc.) in different time zones Mandatory Skills: Knowledge of typical ASIC/SoC development flow and tools. Exposure to Verilog, Synthesis and Static Timing Anaysis is expected. Strong oral and written communication skills. Good problem solving skill.
