Connectivity Specialist

Looking for a Connectivity specialist with experience supporting application, working end to end network support (Not physical) – Basic knowledge of how network works User permissions (UNIX/LINUX/mainframe environment).
Individual that has access to manage file access FTP,SFTP,MQ NDM
Principal Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement the client connectivity on boarding process. Ensures completion of Infrastructure and security components required for connectivity: Router/Firewall, Protocol Installation (e.g., sFTP, NDM, MQ). Troubleshoot connectivity and data delivery issues with clients Interface with other client teams as needed to resolve client connectivity and data delivery issues. Review and respond to client queries that are raised to the team.
Required Skills:
- NDM, FTP, SFTP, MQ
- Application support background
- Linux/Unix
- Basic knowledge of networks
- Mainframe environment is a plus
