Systems Support Engineer –
Having 3-4 years of experience in below areas:
Desktop, Laptop, Apps installation, PC format,
WIFI Configuration, IP TV, Audio Video tools, Projectors,
Conference call devices, L1 Calls attending.
Hospitality experience must. Must have attended hotel guests.

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments (windows 8.1 & Windows 10)
  • Advantage if knowledge of Apple products
  • Knowledge to setup Audio and Video instruments (Audio system, Projector etc).
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Pleasant and presentable personality. Soft spoken person.
