Job Descriptions:
Systems Support Engineer –
Having 3-4 years of experience in below areas:
Desktop, Laptop, Apps installation, PC format,
WIFI Configuration, IP TV, Audio Video tools, Projectors,
Conference call devices, L1 Calls attending.
Hospitality experience must. Must have attended hotel guests.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments (windows 8.1 & Windows 10)
Advantage if knowledge of Apple products
Knowledge to setup Audio and Video instruments (Audio system, Projector etc).
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Pleasant and presentable personality. Soft spoken person.
