Job Description:
·Very good Design and Architecting skills in Core Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JSF, EJB, CORBA), Web service (Restful API is preferred), Angular JS/DOJO,
·Experienced providing solutions to performance issues and application tuning
·Manage a team of Technical leads and mentor them in accomplishing their project goals towards delivery
·Should be able to understand and interpret the existing design & architecture of the application and be able to come up with improvements through fine tuning;
·Assist other Senior developers and Technical leads in complex problem solving for critical Production issues;
·Fluent with various design patterns in context to Java and J2EE world. The candidate should be capable enough in proposing of the appropriate design patterns in a given context of the Change request.
·Drive continuous improvement in terms of technical processes and also code quality
·Good communication and leadership skills.
