Security Audit Management
Responsible for Server Operations including servers, email, Server Virtual Infrastructure (Hyper-V, VMWare) ODC server etc., from Bangalore. Responsible for managing Wipros IS infrastructure based on HP environment. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Companys Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. Responsible for ensuring Server hardening, compliance with respect to system controls, AV updates and OS Patch. Create and continuously improve processes by which the support team operates. Responsible for the health of back & storage management for the enterprise. Apart from handling the core IMG team leaders & team, the leader is also expected to work closely with WI project leadership team (vendor organization) to whom majority of IT operations has been outsourced. He is expected to monitor WI teams performance closely and drive for continuous improvement both in performance & perception of services with Wipro user community Develops, implements, tests, and maintains high availability and disaster recovery strategies for the virtual servers environment. Assists with developing procedures, documentation and templates for managing virtual server infrastructure technology. Assists with developing future technology upgrades to server virtualization technology. Supports Active Directory and Exchange technical maintenance. The person is expected to handle the entire Server operations independently & ensure high Availability & Performance of IT infra across the globe Person should have 15-18 years of solid IT Operations experience in managing complex Server, Storage, & Virtual infrastructure. Should have handled large teams cutting across the different locations & geo Should have very good process orientation around ITIL & other quality methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma etc., To have fairly decent technical understanding of IT infrastructure components like Server, Network, Storage, Email to be able to lead the team effectively
