Job Description:
Leading the Garland projects with project management responsibility including following:
Self-Driven and driving the team attitude.
He/She should also be technical developer.
Collection and study of inputs and clarifications.
Handle NPD & value engineering projects
Preparation and checking of the design concepts and design proposals
Performingchecking and approving design calculations & Estimations as required.
Performing internal reviews
Send out the output after the review
Value addition and suggestions for improvements as applicable
Interaction with customers and colleagues
Following the design procedures, instructions and standards
Addressing the customer queries and handling customer feedback
Ensure on time delivery of quality output.
Represent CMTEC in customerdesign reviews.
Co-ordinate with division engineers in US-Garland for the projects & work independently.
Mentoring colleagues on C++, Application programming, products, application and technology.
Ensure customer loyalty and grow business
Reporting to the Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain Project documents as per ISO procedures.
Provide training & apprise of CMTEC engineers.
Work with manager in the recruitment process.
Complying with company policies, follow company values, and business code of practice. Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build up and lead a team of 10-15 Software engineers stationed in Bangalore
- Understanding project requirements and be part of Software application and GUI design & development using C++ and OOPS concepts in windows environment
- Developing new features for the automation solutions in well-defined SCRUM or Kanban teams
- Support development teams in Sweden & Garland with Software Development and Testing teams
- Debugging and resolving complex issues independently during application development and sustenance
- Support on-going automation projects in the Asian market
Candidate must have:
- B.Tech/MCA/B.E/M.Tech/MS. Computer Science/Engineering
- 10-13 years of experience of application software design & development
- 5-6 year of team/project lead and management experience
- Demonstrated Proficiency in C++ (OOPS, Multi-threading, Data Structures) and Qt , framework, Embedded System, Application Development, Python and Selenium automation.
- Good understanding of Design patterns
