Receptionist Cum Executive Assistant
1. Attending calls and transferring to respective dept.
2. Attending the visitors .
3. Ensuring that the office premises is clean at all times. Maintaining good decorum in the reception.
4. Rechecking and Proper Dispatch of cheques / Courier given and entry of the same.
5. Sending mails & Helping office staff with their work in Scanning , xerox, fax, prints or any related work
6. Prepare correspondence, memos, reports and other written materials
7. Submit timely and accurate reports, meets deadlines, ensure follow through, appraise supervisor of status, provide viable and innovative solutions to the problems.
8. Assist in creating documents and materials utilizing Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
9. Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word , Excel and ERP software.
10. Maintain office filing and storage systems.
11. Keep filing/document management system for electronic and paper documents organized
12. Distribute/file all incoming mail.
13. Typing & correspondence.
14. Any Other Work as instructed by the Seniors
15. Follow-up with Clients / outsiders
