 Verifying Quarterly Trial Balance & P & L & other reports
 Drafting Letters
 Well acquainted with knowledge & usage of internet facilities.
 Responsible for maintaining accounts, ledgers ,payment, receipts ETC through ERP Tally 9
 Perform routine accounting functions such as invoices, bill checking, posting of vouchers, order processing etc.
 Preparing bank guarantees, VAT summary, Service tax reports
 Coordinate with customers and statutory authority
 Preparing Cash & Bank Vouchers of daily transaction
 Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement
 Entries all Vouchers
 Entries all Purchases & Sales
 TDS, VAT, GST
 3B calculation
 GSTR 2A reconciliation
 Vat Scrutiny
 Meeting with Sales Tax Officer
