Job Profile
 Preparation of Monthly and Yearly Financial Statements of the Company as per Indian Law and as per the UK requirements
 Financial Reporting on a Monthly basis into Hyperion System for Group Global Reporting and Consolidation of Financials at Group level which includes uploading of Complete Financial data such as P & L, Balance Sheet, Capex, HR and KPI’s information
 Monthly Analysis of Financial Statements including Variance Analysis
 Preparation of Annual Budget and Reporting into Hyperion System
 Weekly Review of Monthly Forecast and Reporting
 Preparation of 3 Year Plan and Reporting
 Fixed Assets Capitalization and Maintaining Fixed Assets Register
 Preparation of CIP and taking Approvals
 Compliance of Company Audit & Tax Audit Requirements and Liaison with the Auditors to Complete the Audit and Get the Reports Signed
 Liaison with the Company Secretary to complete all the Registrar of Companies Requirements such as Conducting Board Meetings, Preparation & Maintenance of ROC Records, Preparation of Meeting Notices & Minutes, Annual Returns Filings, Director Change compliances – appointments or removal etc.
 Compliance of the Group Consolidation Year End Requirements and Reporting
 Managing Receivables and the Cash flows, Adhering Group Policy for Debtors Management, Obtaining Customers KYC & Assessment thereof, Fixing Credit Period & Controlling Overall Debtors to Minimize Over dues
 Managing Payables, Fixing Credit Period and Controlling Creditors to Maintain the Working Capital
 Managing Payroll Related all Activities such as Keeping Payroll Records, attendance registers etc. , Processing payroll & Accounting
 Handling HR related work in relation to Appointments and Resignation etc., scheduling & conducting interviews, liaison with the recruitment agencies etc.
 Manage reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts and bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
 Cost Analysis and Controlling Administrative Costs
 Looking after the Complete Administration Activities of the Company
 Income Tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing, GST, Service Tax and Professional Tax related all Compliances includes details preparation of Returns, issuing TDS certificates, Payment of Taxes, Return Filing and Assessments etc.
 Provident Fund related all Compliances – Return Filing & Payments etc.
 Bombay Shops and Establishment Act related all Compliances
 Registrar of Company related all Compliances
 RBI Reporting Compliances related to Foreign Direct Investment and Annual Returns
 Obtaining Required Registrations to Comply with the Applicable Laws
 All IATA Compliances including Timely CSR Payments
 Liaison with the Tax Authorities for Tax Assessments
 Liaising with Banking Officials, Handling all Banking Activities, updating changes in signatories, arranging Bank Guarantees, foreign payments, generating form 15CA etc.
 Keeping complete books of accounts including recording of all transactions –purchases, payments to suppliers, receipts from customers & journals etc.
