  • Experience working for an Automotive OEM, or Tier 1 supplier in an Audio, Infotainment, or Telematics area is mandatory
  • Possess domain knowledge in features like Vehicle, CAN, Media, BT and Navigation (Mandatory)
  • Is aware of integration and system testing concepts and methods and tools
  • Should have exposure to test strategy and plan, test design and test execution.
  • Manage project, scope, requirements, design and resulting work items.
  • Experience working in AGILE SCRUM projects
  • Experience executing FPP and T&M based engagements
  • Drive and Track delivery of the work items and communicate progress vs plan and any issues to the customer as required.
  • Implement and manage a robust issue management process and system to allow detailed tracking of all defects and change requests that Harman own, including creation of regular metric reports using the same/compatible tool.
  • Execute Change request management – put in place a process and system to manage change requests from the customer to allow traceability and delivery planning.
  • Put in place an agreed test strategy to deliver SW components and also for testing of the SW before delivery to the customer.
  • Assist Harman and the Customer in defining appropriate acceptance criteria and quality levels for deliverables
  • Represent Harman in front of the customer in all relevant meetings, prepare and present updates and reports as requested by the customer.
  • Build a close relationship with the customer at relevant levels.
  • Be the “Voice of the Customer” within the Harman business unit.
  • Prepare and manage risk and issue assessment reduction plans and strategies.
  • Manage all resource allocation of the relevant teams within the Harman management tools.
  • Ensure the project complies to all relevant Automotive SPICE process and quality requirements.
  • Provide regular project update reports both to the customer and internally to senior management.
  • Ensure software configuration management and software delivery management tools are in place to allow efficient and on time delivery of the SW to the customer in the desired location.

What You Need :

  • 12 to 14 years of Experience in System Testing and Validation
  • Familiarity with Automation Tools and Scripts
  • Engineering Degree
