Answer Phones

Also should get all required details from out bound calls then only should transfer the call after checking the availability

Morning Report:
Should track the In Time for every employee in separate excel sheet for both Office staff members and for Trainer in Separate Excel Sheets.
Evening Report:
Should track the Out Time for every employee in separate excel sheet for both Office staff members and for Trainer in Separate Excel Sheets.
