A strong technical experience in implementation, configuration, customization (PCR & SCHEMA) and supporting Org. Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management(TM)& Payroll (PY) submodules of SAP HCM. Candidate should have solid technical exp. in SAP HCM and HR domain business exp., and should have an ability to configure/reconfigure and customize Time & Payroll scenarios based on Client business expectations. Position Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration and Organization Management, Benefits administration, Time Management and Payroll using CATS and time & attendance third party integration, Travel expense management through payroll and AP, ESS/MSS with related work flows. End user issue, provide L2 support to Client.
o The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HCM modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall changing business expectations, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
o Strong Design, configuration and testing in SAP HR, ESS/MSS.
o Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
o Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
o Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
o Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership
o Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
o Min. at least 1 end to end implementation projects and 2-5 support and maintenance projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires 6-10 years professional SAP product application/support experience.
• Solid experience of processes and configurations in the area of Payroll, Core HR modules.
• Compensation, and its integration with each other as well as SAP and any 3rd party vendors
• Thorough understanding of PCR & SCHEMA, Customer PCR’s ability to research & apply.
