Overall having 3 – 6 years of Production /Support experience and a minimum of 2+ Years experience in Manhattan WMS system.
* Should have experience in working with PL/SQL with advance knowledge will be an added advantage.
* Knowledge of ITIL methodologies & Processes
* knowledge of Business Process using IT
* Must be well versed and hands-on in using WMS Configuration, In-build Processes like Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Order Management, LM.
* Experience of performance tuning of mappings
* Ability to understand and perform Functional/System testing.
* Knowledge of Integration methodologies will be an added advantage.
* Ability to face client and provide solution.
* 24 X 7 Support structure availability
* Ability to work in shifts
* Good Written & Communication Skills
