· Must be able to do understand Business domain and process of BFSI – particularly Cards & Payments
· Loyalty, Promotions and benefits related processes and process models
· Deep knowledge of all KA’s of business analysis
· Knowledge of Business Analysis tools
· Strong application of questioning techniques and skills
· Big Picture thinking
· Scope breakdown and domain modelling
· Ability to write user stories, elaborate and break down epics/features, Model in UML and other DSLs
· Ability to do functional decomposition of a domain
· Deep knowledge of Rally, Agile Methods – Scrum and SAFE
· Basic understanding of Java, Spring and other application development frameworks
· Good understanding of Normal Forms and Relational Databases
· Exposure to Cloud and Mobility solutions
