Team Leader– CRM

The candidate should be excellent in communication and customer handling. His / Her job role will be to manage the full customer delivery cycle, internal software, imple-mentation and technical team. The candidate should be proactive, enthusiastic and hard working. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in CRM software and domain.
The candidate will get an opportunity to work with a market leader in CRM implementation & services and also deal with leading customers like Sundaram BNP Paribas, L’Oreal, Blue Dart, Star News, Ezeego1.com and many more such companies.

• Overall 5 to 8 years
• In Project Management 1 + year
• Candidates with most CRM project management skills will be preferred
Functional skills:
• Domain Knowledge –
o Ideally should have worked on the implementation of a global CRM solution
o Alternatively should have worked on a implementation of a local CRM solution
o Alternatively should have participated in a sales or marketing or customer service system implementation
• Requirement documentation – he / she should be able to help project managers to do detailed system studies and understanding of requirement with customers. He / She should be able to present the requirements collected in a good format of documentation. He / She should be able to do the requirement mapping high level design documentation, screen designing and database designing for given requirements.
• Project Delivery – should have lead full delivery cycle of a project from requirement mapping to project handover for at least 2 projects.
• Project management – He / She should be to take the requirement document and task it out to the internal teams using MS project or any other process. He / She should be able to track the progress of the various projects and give a concise feedback to the management. He / She should be familiar and able to guide the team basic concepts of reusing the code while developing a web based application. Should have worked on modern technologies and should be having eagerness to learn new technologies or frameworks.
• Quality management – he / she should be able to define quality objective and processes to his / her team, to ensure the delivery of a quality system to the customers.
• Responsibility – He / she would be responsible for the team of developers allotted to him for a project. It would be his responsibility to complete a project within the fixed time period and with quality work with the help of the team.
Technical Skills:
• Primary Technologies Expected – Classic ASP / ASP.Net, C#, HTML, DHTML, Javascript, AJAX.Net, HQL, MSSQL / Oracle, PL-SQL / T-SQL, Crystal Reports above 8.5
• At least 4-5 years of development experience in above technologies expected.
• Experience in development of Infor CRM / Saleslogix or Sage CRM would be added advantage.

• Good task manager – This is very important, he / she should be able to complete tasks assigned by the management as per management’s time, quality, etc. objectives. He / She should be willing to put in as much effort required meeting the management objectives.
• Proactive – He / she should be proactive in giving suggestion to better the company.
• Documentation – The candidate should be very clear and good in his / her written communication and should be able to draft good documentation in content, layout, easy to read and presentation.
