• Job Description:
• Must have experience in Oracle EBS Suite in R12 Support, Rollout and Implementation project as Technical consultant
• Should have worked on :
o Forms & Forms Personalization
o Reports ( rdf, XML/ BI Publisher & Discoverer)
o Workflow
o Oracle Application Framework & Personalization
o Interface, Conversion and Extensions-
o SQL, PL/SQL, APIs etc.
• Solid Technical understanding of Oracle applications with experience in developing custom solution and customizing / extending eBs Technical objects
• Configure Oracle Core HR module as per the desired business processes and requirements
• Must have excellent experience in Oracle Core HR Module
• Should have sound knowledge on Self -Service HR Module, Exit and Manager Self Service HR Modules. Etc/
• Good understanding of Oracle HR and associated technical architecture including development standards, debugging tools and techniques.
• Organize stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements
• Develop configuration documents
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and customer requirements and recommend solutions
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
• Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision
Should be able to interface with client directly
