Our client has embarked on a major re-platform digital program focussing on the areas of eFX, markets digital sales enablement and trader operational efficiency improvement. and are looking for skilled business and quality analysts to join their scrum teams to help them build a set of tools that the traders and sales staff can use to enable fast pricing and allow the business to identify client-needs better. A unique opportunity to really change the industry.
We require senior BA and QA resources with a broad range of business domain and technical skills. You will work with business users, onshore and offshore developers and scrum masters to elicit requirements aid in the delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
* Working in an Agile Scrum based environment to build a web based data management and transactional system.
* Perform reviews of complex business processes.
* Write requirement documents / user stories along with the Acceptance criteria.
* Carry out functional, system integration and regression testing.
* Working directly with the business and senior technology stakeholders to lead Requirement Management.
* Be a proxy PO for the offshore Scrum team.
* Should mine data, query databases – to get a better understanding of the un-stated requirements
Required Candidate profileDESIRABLE
* Strong and demonstrable understanding of UX design
Skills
Must ESSENTIAL
* Strong experience as an IT Business Analysis in Capital markets domain.
* Experience in Pre-Trade activities (Pricing, Margin calculation and other Front-Office functions) of Fx and Fx derivatives (or other financial instruments).
* Demonstrate interest in technology, be able to write Advanced SQL Queries, trouble shoot functional issues using logs, etc.
* Poses sharp communication skills, able to interact with technology and business teams at ease, able to communicate with senior stakeholders like Business Sponsors of Banks, etc.
* Demonstate on how she/he has worked beyond their defined areas of work towards ONE Scrum/Agile team.
